Denise Payne is a Director of a company that has a number of businesses involved in the International education industry, including Gold Coast Student Accommodation Centre – providing Homestay and DemiPair places for International Students; Study Tours Gold Coast – offering study tours to agents and other providers; Study Match Medical – working with agents around the world to attract nurses and doctors to Queensland and Study Match Australia – an education agent operating on behalf of many overseas agents and Australian groups.

Denise has had over 30 years experience in International and Domestic education and has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management & Leadership and Admin Management and was one of the first group to qualify for the Diploma of International Education Administration.

Denise’s previous position as Executive Officer of StudyGoldCoast for 10 years has given her valuable experience in marketing of the Gold Coast a study destination. She is passionate about students coming to the Gold Coast and receiving a first-class study and homestay experience.

Niki Payne has worked for many years in marketing and communication on the Gold Coast and in her role as Homestay Manager she is the main point of contact for all families and students. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, International Relations, and Media and Communications as well as undertaking a Diploma of Business Administration.

Niki has herself studied overseas as an International student with Rotary and has had 15 years of experience interacting with International students from a variety of countries. Niki runs the GCSAC office and liaises with all education providers, families and students.

Julie Main has been involved in the service industry on the Gold Coast for over 30 years and has worked for both StudyGoldCoast and GCSAC in the position of Homestay Coordinator. She is responsible for interviewing and assessing the families and also working with the placement of the DemiPair students. 

Our staff members have lived and worked on the Gold Coast for 30 years and are very familiar with the location of the suburbs and our education providers and can assist the students to find the best possible homestay, the easiest way to get to school and with any other enquiries about life on the Gold Coast.
