Gold Coast Student Accommodation Centre commenced operations on the Gold Coast in October 2009 and ensures the success of the student’s Homestay experience for all concerned – the student, the education provider and the Homestay family.

Our goal is to provide a Homestay service that caters for the needs of the student as well as providing a safe and nourishing environment in which they can live and learn. At the same time we will provide support and encouragement to the Homestay families so that the experience is a pleasure to them.

The owners of GCSAC have had over fifteen years experience in being a Homestay parent and over seven years experience in the running of one of the largest Homestay services in Queensland. 

In 2003 Denise Payne established the StudyGoldCoast Homestay and Accommodation Centre and built this service to the SGC members into a division providing Homestay to over 1,200 students annually. During this time she was able to refine their policies and procedures to ensure that they comply with the existing and proposed ESOS Act requirements.

GCSAC will be more customised to suit the individual requirements of the education providers. We ensure the success of the Homestay experience by offering flexible, customised services to satisfy the individual requirements of the students and education providers.

Gold Coast Student Accommodation Centre currently has many great families offering Homestay and share accommodation, ready and eager to take students now. These families have been interviewed, assessed and trained. We provide students with a one page profile of their family before arrival (including photos of the families and homes). These can be provided electronically and in hard copy.
